Autism One – May 23rd – I’ll be teaching!

I’m back from North Carolina – at Autism One. It’s one of my favorite events to teach at. Tomorrow is Culinary Day, I will be teaching 2 different sessions.

Culinary Reality Check ~ What’s REAL and What’s Not!
This day will answer questions about how to transform your kitchen into a healing tool and provide you information on what is real in the kitchen and what is not. You will also begin to unlock the answers you already have as well as doing this as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE SCHEDULE OF THE DAY

In the 1st session I am teaching begins at 9:00 a.m. and this is what I am making:

Learn why bone broth heals the gut.
Taking out the trash: a gentle, healthy detox. What foods support these systems, and which hinder the process?
Demos/Samples:
Chicken bone broth
Shepherd’s pie reinvented
Cucumber-seaweed salad
Collard slaw
Fruit pudding with kudzu starch

The 2nd session begins at 2:15 and we will be making:

Liver pate
Beet hummus with celery
Gummy treats
Coconut mint chocolate walnut goodness
